The Nine Days Novena Prayer ahead of the Divine Mercy Feast ie is the First Sunday after Easter (also known as New Sunday or പുതു ഞായറാഴ്ച starts on the GOOD FRIDAY. 

This Novena Devotion is directly given by the compassionate Lord Jesus Christ through St Maria Faustina Kowalska who is known as the Apostle of Divine Mercy. The Lord Who underwent inexplicable agony for the redemption and salvation of the humanity wants no one to get perished.
