പരിശുദ്ധ ദൈവമാതാവിന്റെ വിമലഹൃദയത്തിനു സ്വയം പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന പ്രാർത്ഥന. 

[ഈ പ്രാർത്ഥന അനുദിനം ചൊല്ലുന്നതുവഴി വിമലഹൃദയ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ പുതുക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.]

 "ദൈവമാതാവും അമലോത്ഭവയുമായ പരിശുദ്ധ കന്യകയേ, ദൈവത്തിന്റെയും സകല സ്വർഗ്ഗവാസികളുടെയും സാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ അങ്ങയെ എന്റെ മാതാവും രാജ്ഞിയുമായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുന്നു. 

പിശാചിനെയും അവന്റെ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തികളെയും ആഘോഷങ്ങളെയും പരിത്യജിച്ചുകൊള്ളാമെന്നു വാഗ്‌ദാനം ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ട് അങ്ങയുടെ വിമലഹൃദയത്തിനു ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു. 

എന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെയും ശരീരത്തെയും ബുദ്ധിയെയും മനസ്സിനെയും ഹൃദയത്തെയും അവയുടെ എല്ലാ കഴിവുകളോടും കൂടെ ഞാൻ അങ്ങേ തിരുമുമ്പിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. എന്റെ എല്ലാ സത് പ്രവൃത്തികളും പരിഹാര പ്രവൃത്തികളും അവയുടെ യോഗ്യതകളും ലോകമെങ്ങും അർപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന  ദിവ്യബലികളുടെ യോഗ്യതകളോട് ചേർത്ത് അങ്ങേ തൃപ്പാദത്തിങ്കൽ കാഴ്ചവെക്കുന്നു. 

കാലത്തിലും നിത്യതയിലും ദൈവ മഹത്വത്തിനും ആത്മാക്കളുടെ രക്ഷക്കുമായി അങ്ങേ ഹിതാനുസരണം അവ വിനിയോഗിച്ചുകൊള്ളണമേ". ആമ്മേൻ.

ഈശോയുടെ തിരുഹൃദയത്തിനു കുടുംബത്തെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന പ്രാർത്ഥന. 

[ഈ പ്രാർത്ഥന ദിവസവും കുടുംബ പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ (സന്ധ്യാപ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ) ഭക്തിയോടു ചൊല്ലേണ്ടതാകുന്നു] 

"ഈശോയുടെ തിരുഹൃദയമേ, ഈ കുടുംബത്തെയും ഞങ്ങളെ ഓരോരുത്തരേയും ഞങ്ങൾ അങ്ങേക്ക് പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കുന്നു. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഈ കുടുംബത്തിൽ അങ്ങു രാജാവായി വാഴണമേ. ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെല്ലാം അങ്ങുതന്നെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കണമേ. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഉദ്യമങ്ങളെല്ലാം ആശീർവദിക്കുകയും ഞങ്ങളുടെ സന്തോഷങ്ങൾ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും സങ്കടങ്ങളിൽ ആശ്വാസം നല്കുകയും ചെയ്യണമേ. ഞങ്ങളിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും അങ്ങയെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കാനിടയായാൽ ഞങ്ങളോട് ക്ഷമിക്കണമേ. ഈ കുടുംബത്തില്ലുള്ളവരെയും ഇവിടെനിന്ന് അകന്നിരിക്കുന്നവരേയും സമൃദ്ധമായി അനുഗ്രഹിക്കണമേ.  

മരിച്ചുപോയ ഞങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളെ നിത്യഭാഗ്യത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കണമേ. അങ്ങയെ കണ്ടാനന്ദിക്കുവാൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലെത്തുന്നതുവരെ ആത്മീയവും ശാരീരികവുമായ എല്ലാ വിപത്തുകളിലും നിന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ കാത്തുകൊള്ളണമേ.

പരിശുദ്ധ മറിയത്തിന്റെ വിമലഹൃദയവും മാർ യൗസേഫ് പിതാവും  ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഈ പ്രതിഷ്ഠയെ അങ്ങേക്കു സമർപ്പിക്കുകയും ജീവിതകാലം മുഴുവനും ഇതിന്റെ സജീവസ്മരണ ഞങ്ങളിൽ നിലനിർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ".

The Visitation: Why did Blessed Virgin Mary visit Elizabeth?

 

Today ie. the last day of May month, we commemorate a very important feast of the Blessed Virgin Mother of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. This Feast is known as 'The Visitation'! It is to mark the great event of the Blessed Virgin Mary, hurried to a town named 'Ein Karem' in the hill country of Judea, immediately after receiving the message of the Almighty God through the Arch Angel Gabriel. (Lk 1:38-39).

These above versus from the Holy Bible alone are sufficient to understand the significance of Blessed Virgin Mary. The Holy Virgin with the Lord in Her womb, travelled to a distance of more than 100 kilometers through a dangerous path to accomplish a major mission from God. (It is not mentioned that whether she was accompanied by someone).

Why did the Blessed Virgin Mary travel speedily day and night through that rough and wild path to Priest Zachariah's house? 

We are taught that it is to serve Her relative (cousin/aunt) Elizabeth, the wife of Zachariah, who was carrying John the Baptist in her womb.

When we read Lk 1:40 & 41 it is clearly stated what God's Great Mission was.. and why the Mother of Incarnated God journeyed such a vast distance suddenly! 

"40. She (Mary) entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. 41. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit."

Question: Why did the Blessed Virgin Mother Mary hasten to Elizabeth's house after the 'Annunciation'?

Answer: The Blessed Virgin Mary hastened to Elizabeth's house to fill Elizabeth and the child in her womb (John) with the Holy Spirit!

The Holy Mother might have definitely served the old lady, but Her primary assignment was to fill the mother and the baby with the Holy Spirit of the Almighty God, which no one under the sun could do other than Her! Because when the Angel of the Lord appeared to Zachariah and foretold him about the birth of a son, he had also declared that the child (John) would be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he was born (when he is in the womb of his mother)!

"...and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born" (Lk 1: 15)

God had another great plan for sending the Graceful Virgin Mary to Elizabeth. When filled with the Holy spirit of God, Elizabeth made a solemn declaration which the Catholics and some Eastern Christians follow scrupulously! (And which the protestants do not even heed!) That is, that humble girl Mary from Nazareth in Galilee is the Mother of Lord, God! 

43. But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? 

(Luke 1: 43)

This verse from the Holy Bible alone is enough for the Protestants and others who refuse to give proper reverence to the Mother of God. The Holy Spirit prompted a 'righteous old lady' (Lk 1:6) to proclaim that Blessed Virgin Mary is the Mother of her God, and she did so in a loud voice! 

When God wants all His faithful to honor His Mother, some unfortunate Christians disobey even today.

please remember that there is no proof in the Holy Bible that our Holy Mother served Elizabeth, but the Bible says, She filled both the mother and the baby in her womb with the Holy Spirit, by just greeting 'Shalom'! (Lk 1: 40-41)

"40. She entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. 41. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit."

Inner healing Prayer (ആന്തരിക സൗഖ്യ പ്രാർത്ഥന)

This is a very effective short Catholic Prayer in Malayalam for healing the inner wounds. The inner wounds of a person play a vital role in his/her behavioral disabilities at any stage of one's life. There are many reasons for the inner wounds that are caused in a person. Most of the wounds that affect a person adversely is caused when the person is in the womb of his/her mother and during his infancy stage and childhood. 4th International Mission Congress by FIAT in Kerala

The 4th edition of the International Mission Congress (also known as Great Gathering of Missions or GGM) organised by the Kerala based Missionary organization FIAT is scheduled to be held in a grand manner this year after a brief pause, owing to the covid-19 pandemic circumstances.

What is FIAT Mission?

FIAT Mission is a charitable Missionary organization founded and directed by a young layman by name Bro Sweetly George, who received a calling from above and is committed to spread the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ to all nooks and corners of the earth. For the attainment of this noble and massive goal, FIAT has been successfully doing many initiatives. Printing the Holy Bible in every language which has a lipi (script) and distributing them to the people of that community free of cost, is the primary objective of FIAT Mission since its inception in 2007.

To exhibit their various mission activities and to show the missionary-minded persons/organisations the vast fields that are ripe and ready for harvest, FIAT is conducting an International Mission Congress every year since 2017.

CROWN OF THE SYRO-MALABAR CHURCH LEFT FOR ETERNAL CROWN

Mar Joseph Powathil, the senior most Catholic Bishop of Kerala, has passed away this afternoon at St Thomas Hospital in Chethipuzha, Changanasserry. The Emeritus Arch Bishop was 93. Mar Pawathil is known as the reformer of the modern Syro Malabar Church in Kerala. Acknowledging his bold stance in policies relating to Faith and his remarkable services rendered to the Chruch in Kerala, Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI called him 'CROWN of the Church'!
