Unless Almighty God Who is the creator and protector, shows HIS mercy, no human being will survive. To implore God's Mercy and compassion, we need to humble ourselves and engage in some spiritual activity that will appease God and will turn to His people's rescue.

In the Holy Bible when prophet Daniel saw the afflictions of the people, he 'humbled' himself and observed fasting for three weeks (21 days). And we see God was pleased with His servant's fasting and came to their help.

Daniel Fasting Prayer: To do list of Spiritual activities during 21-days:
1. Participate piously in the Holy Mass daily. [If possible directly or online]
2. Read and Meditate the Holy Word of God at least for 15 minutes.
3. Pray (at least) 1 Divine Mercy Chaplet (Rosary) beseeching God's Mercy.
4. Pray (at least) 1 Rosary Prayer for the above intentions.
5. Humble own selves and Pray Prophet Daniel's Prayer 25 times "Oh Lord hear; Oh Lord Forgive". Each time when this Prayer is said, kneel down and prostrate before God. (Those who cannot do this at a single stage, can complete in parts).

Participating in this 'Daniel Fasting' Prayer Event is completely voluntary. Anyone from anywhere in the world can participate. Daniel Fasting does not ask anyone to observe fasting, but only abstain from taking certain food materials and other things which one likes most.
Those who are participating in this historical 'fasting' initiative are expected to avoid fish, meat, egg, milk and milk products, chocolates, etc. [Christians are supposed to avoid wine, beer, liquor, cigarettes etc always]. They are also expected to avoid extensive use of 'social medias' during these days.
