October, the month of Holy Rosary: പരിശുദ്ധ ജപമാല മാസം ഒക്‌ടോബർ

For the devotees of the Holy Mother of LORD JESUS CHRIST, the month of October each year is a period of abundant Grace, as the month of October is dedicated to the Most Holy Virgin Mother Who is the Queen of Holy Rosary. It is on October 7th every year the Feast of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary is celebrated by the Universal Catholic Church.

The Feast of the Queen of Holy Rosary was instituted by the Catholic Church to honor the Blessed Virgin Mother for Her miraculous assistance in securing a decisive victory for the Holy League countries over the powerful ottoman (turkish) islamic empire's navy in the historic battle of Lepanto. October 7th marks the anniversary of this significant war.

Every year in the month of October, the children of the Holy Virgin Mother recite more number of Rosary Prayers. As we have been seeing these days, the enemy of the Church joining the forces of the devil and trying to attack the Church. Famous Christian Church Hagia Sophia in turkey was converted into a mosque by erdogan, the president of turkey who claims lineage to the erstwhile wicked and cruel ottoman empire. 

Sadly we see in most countries, the agents of the devil with malevolent intentions are ascending to positions of power. What is considered 'Right' is being eroded, and 'wrong' is being legalized! Truth, Peace and Justice are seemingly fading away while corruption, hatred and sins are being legitimized. Therefore, it is imperative that we devote ourselves to reciting and offering as many Rosary prayers as possible during this month, especially for all Christians who are facing mistreatment and persecution throughout the world including India!  

Before Praying the Holy Rosary Prayer, a faithful must be aware of the 15 great promises our Holy Mother has given to us through St Dominic.

1. Whoever shall faithfully serve Me by the pious recitation of the Rosary, shall receive signal graces. 

2. I promise my special protection and the greatest Graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary. 

3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell, It will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies. 

4. The Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish; It will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire for eternal things. Oh, those souls would sanctify themselves by this means. 

5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish. 

6. Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of Its Sacred Mysteries shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he/she shall not perish by an unprovided (unprepared) death; the sinner will be converted. The just shall remain in the Grace of God, and become worthy of eternal life. 

7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without receiving the Holy Sacraments of the Church. 

8. Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces; at the moment of death, they shall participate in the merits of the Saints in paradise. 

9. I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary. 

10. The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven. 

11. You shall obtain all you ask of Me by the recitation of the Rosary. 

12. All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities. 

13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during their life and at the hour of death. 

14. All who recite the Rosary are my sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters of my only Son Jesus Christ. 

15. Devotion of my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.

So, please remember: whenever we recite a Rosary Prayer for the intentions of our family, or for the Pope or the Church, or for a sinner or for the suffering souls in the purgatory, or for those unknown brethren who are persecuted, we are obtaining all the above 'unfailing' promises of the Holy Queen of Heaven!

"ഇതാ കർത്താവിന്റെ ഭയാനകമായ വലിയ ദിവസം വരുന്നതിനു മുൻപ്, ഞാൻ ഏലിയാ നിവ്യയെ ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് അയയ്ക്കും. ഇത് ഞാൻ വന്ന് നാശത്തിനായി ഭൂമിയെ പ്രഹരിക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പേ, അദ്ദേഹം വന്ന് പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ മക്കളുടെ പക്കലേക്കും മക്കളുടെ ഹൃദയങ്ങളെ പിതാക്കന്മാരുടെ നേർക്കും തിരിക്കുവാൻ വേണ്ടിയാകുന്നു! " 

താബോർ മലയിൽ വച്ചുള്ള നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവായ ഈശോ മിശിഹായുടെ രൂപാന്തരീകരണ വേളയിൽ നിവ്യന്മാരായ ഏലിയായും മോശയും കർത്താവിനോടൊപ്പം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് ഈശോ മിശിഹായുടെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ വരവിന്റെ പ്രതീകമായിക്കണ്ട്‌ ഏലിയാ സ്ലീവാ മൂശ കാലങ്ങൾ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ പ്രേരകമാകുകയും ചെയ്തു. അങ്ങനെ ഈ കാലങ്ങൾ കർത്താവിന്റെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ആഗമനവും വിശുദ്ധ കുരിശിന്റെ ശക്തിയും വിജയവുമാണ് പ്രഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്.

Taking the present pandemic situations and related social restrictions into consideration, The Logos Bible Quiz organizers have announced yet another extension for the deadline to Register for this years's LOGOS BIBLE QUIZ 2020.

Earlier the Registration was supposed to end by 31st July, 2020. But keeping in view of the people's difficulty to register due to the covid-19 related restrictions laid down by the governments, KCBS had extended the deadline to 2020 August 31.  

But after the expiry of the 2nd deadline, to further facilitate more desirous participants, the Bible Society has once again extended the Last Date for Registering to the Logos Bible Quiz to 2020 September 30 and has given one more chance to those who did not make it. 

This year's Exam is scheduled to be conducted from 2.00 to 3.30 pm on 27th December (Sunday), 2020.

Unlike the previous times, anyone can Register for Logos Bible Quiz by dialling the phone numbers given in the website without ever going out from home.
