Nalpatham Velli നാല്പതാം വെള്ളി 40th day in Holy Lent & Kozhukkatta thirunnal

Nalpatham Velli means the fortieth Friday. It is actually the fortieth Day in the Holy Season of Lent from the Danaha Thirunnal (Pethratha) according to the Eastern Christians in Kerala, that falls on a Friday. If calculated Friday-wise from the Ash Monday (Kurisuvara Thirunnal), it is the sixth Friday in the Valiya Nombu! 

Nalpatham Velly rituals (നാല്പതാം വെള്ളി ആചരണം) are marked in most Churches of the Syro-Malabar Sabha. Nalpatham Velli reminds the devotees who are on Fasting and Abstinence to intensify their spiritual and devotional activities for the Holy Week (പരിശുദ്ധ വാരം) that starts a couple of days after the 40th Friday. Usually, those faithful who failed to observe abstinence strictly until then (owing to various reasons) observe the last week of Lent (Holy Week) very strictly. 

On the Fortieth Friday, most Churches conduct the Way of the Cross in a Solemn manner to the nearby pilgrim mounts (Kurishumala). Devotees (even non-Christians) in large numbers even from far away places participate piously in this 'Kurisinte Vazhi' prayer undertaking many penitential activities voluntarily for the atonement and forgiveness of one's sins. Kanji is served to all after the Nalpatham Velly Prayers.

The Saturday that falls after Nalpatham Velli (before Palm Sunday/Hosanna Njayar) is known as Kozhukkattta Shani. In most Christian families they make കൊഴുക്കട്ട, a round-shaped pastry with rice flour that looks like stones! There are two beliefs associated with the Kozhukkatta snack.

Some people say that when the Lord Jesus Christ went to bring back to life again the dead Lazarus in Bethani, before a few days of His Passion and death, his sisters prepared some eatables similar to Kozhukkatta to serve the Lord! Some others think that these kozhukkattas are to mark the stones that were taken to throw on the Lord by the Jews!

This year's (2022) Nalpatham Velli (40th Day / sixth Friday) in the holy Lent falls on April 8th.

The Pope has invited all the Cardinals, Bishops, Priests, nuns and the laity to participate in the historical event to be held on 25th of March 2022 (the Solemnity of the Annunciation) at 6.30 pm Italian Time or 5.30 pm GMT for which the world is keenly looking forward to.

What is Nalpathu mani Divyakarunya Aaradhana? (നാല്പതുമണി ദിവ്യകാരുണ്യ ആരാധന)

Nalpathumani stands for nalpathu manikkoor (forty hours) in Malayalam. In many Catholic Churches worldwide, a very powerful Eucharistic devotion is being observed devotedly during the Holy season of Lent. In Kerala too there are many Catholic Churches that observe this Devotion very solemnly and piously for the past 150 years.

Who founded 40-hour Eucharistic Devotion?

According to Wikipedia, A Dominican Priest Rev Fr Thomas Nieto, A Barnabite Clergy St. Antonio Maria Zacharia, and his friend Brother Buono of Cremona, known as the Hermit, are suggested as the founders of the Forty Hours Devotion in the universal Catholic Church.

In Kerala in India, this Sacred ritual was started first by St Chavara Kuriakose Eliyas (Chavara Achan) in 1866 in Koonammavu Church. Then in 1867, it was introduced in Mannanam, Vazhakulam, and Elthuruth Catholic Churches. Thereafter it spread to many Forane Churches and monasteries. Today, though it is unfamiliar to all Catholics in Kerala, it is observed in many Churches with great pomp and gaiety like a Church festival!

During the 3-day Nalpathumani Aaradhana, the Holy Eucharist is exposed in a golden monstrance in the Church Altar for public adoration. People (including non-Christians) in large numbers throng to these Holy places and worship the Compassionate Lord Who is visible in the form a white Bread. And many people who participate piously in this spiritual ritual experience numerous blessings and miracles in their lives. 

Hence all the people residing in and around the places of Churches where 40-hour Eucharistic Adoration ceremony is conducted, wait eagerly for this annual ritual to arrive so that they get a rare chance to have a personal vision of the Almighty Lord and to open to HIM directly their hearts and minds in silence..!

Renewal Period in Kerala Catholic Church: 05-06-2022 to 08-06-2025

 Kerala Catholic Bishops Council (KCBC) has decided to observe a 'Renewal Time' in the Church in Kerala to revive and reinvigorate It from the present drowsy state. The Renewal Period will be commemorated for a span of three full years starting and ending on the Solemn Feasts of Pentecost (Holy Spirit Sundays) of 2022 and 2025 respectively.

As per the directives of KCBC, the schedule of the Renewal Period is given hereunder:

Commencing: 5th June, 2022 (Pentecost Sunday)

Closing:          8th June, 2025 (Pentecost Sunday)

The word Pentecost means 50 and The Pentecost Sunday that falls on the 50th day after Easter is an important Feast in the universal Christian Church because it is on that day when the disciples of Lord Jesus Christ gathered for prayer with His Holy Mother in the Cenacle (the Upper Room in Zion hill in Jerusalem where the Last Supper and institution of the Holy Eucharist took place) and the Holy Spirit descended on them in the form of tongues of fire.

The Catholic Church in Kerla which was very vibrant in the past has become indifferent for some time owing to several reasons. As we are nearing the end times, the enemies of the Church also have become stronger. The council of Bishops who are leading the Church realized the defects and felt the need for a renewal and revival and declared a three-year-long renovation through various special prayers and spiritual practices. 

It is hoped that the Church in Kerala which has been producing many saints these days will become more invigorated and united through this unusual Renewal Process!

Kerala Jesus Youth activist AJNA George to be called 'servant of God'!

There are more than 10,000 recognized Saints and numerous unknown saints in the universal Catholic Church. To become a canonized Saint, one does not need to climb on any mountain peaks or swim across any deep oceans. By just accepting the life granted by the Lord and living it in accordance with His Will, that is by following His Loving Commands, anyone (including you and me) can become a saint easily and effortlessly! 

While there are many Great pious people who attained Sainthood by leading rigorous and penitent lives before us, we also have some ordinary persons like St Therese of Linux who became a great Saint by leading a normal life, but remembering and loving Lord Jesus Christ frequently and doing everything for His Love and Glory..!

Even in our days also there are many people around us who are leading virtuous lives by doing the normal works that we too do. 27-year old Kochi-based Ajna George who left for her heavenly abode recently on January 21 also was a person who led a righteous life maintaining close rapport with Lord Jesus Christ!

Ajna George was an active member of the Jesus Youth movement of Kerala which aims to gain the souls of youths for Christ. Like any other youth, she also did her graduation and post-graduation and joined as a teaching faculty in Sacred Heart College Kochi. But the cancer with which she was fighting did not permit her to do her job.

She offered gladly all her pains for the love of the Lord and salvation of souls. Diseases and bodily pains did not prevent her from loving Jesus Christ all the more because her wish from childhood was to remain holy ever in the Love of God.

Ajna George is an asset to the Indian Church. She is a special gift to the Jesus Youth Ministry as it is expected that her exemplary life will inspire many of its members who are taming such a desire to become saints in that organization.

When Ajna's case is opened for the 'causes for the canonization of saints' she will be known and called as 'Servant of God Ajna George' before she is declared as 'Blessed'! And soon we can expect the Church to elevate her as a saint when the required number of miracles happen through her intercessions!

What is the meaning of DANAHA? When is DENHA THIRUNNAL Observed? ദനഹാ കാലം

 The Syriac word 'Dhanha' (danha) can be defined as sunrise or dawn. Dhanaha Perunnal is celebrated on the 6th of January (after Christmas) every year by the Eastern Churches like the Syro Malabar Catholic Church and the Orthodox Churches. This event marks the Glorious Manifestation of Lord Jesus Christ to the world (at the age of 30). The Son of God Who was born as a poor ordinary child of a humble Virgin Mother in a cattle shed and lead a concealed life until He attained 30 years, made Himself public with His Baptism at the Jordan river where the Most Holy Trinity (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) together granted appearance to the public and to St John who performed the Baptism ritual. Dhaneha thirunnal is observed as a Holy and Obligatory day in the Syro-Malabar Church throughout the world. 

In the western Churches, the same Manifestation Feast of the Lord Jesus Christ is celebrated as 'Epiphany' that commemorates the disclosure of His Divinity to the three wise men from the east who traveled all the way from the east and visited and adored Him, knowing about His birth from the stars. In most Churches in Europe, the Feast of the Epiphany is a Holy day of obligation.

Danaha celebration:

In the Syro Malabar Church, the Daneha Feast is celebrated as pindi kuthi perunnal (വാഴപിണ്ടി കുത്തി പെരുന്നാൾ) and rakkuli perunnal  (രാക്കുളി പെരുന്നാൾ)

On the eve of this Feast day, Syrian Christians of Kerala (സുറിയാനി ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികൾ / നസ്രാണികൾ) used to perform a ceremonial bath in a river or canal and illuminate the plankton trunks erected in front of their houses with lamps.

The bath is to commemorate the Baptism of the Lord and the lamp fixing on the plankton trunks is to proclaim to the world that the Lord is the Light that shines in the darkness.

Some special sweets and dishes are also prepared and served on this occasion.

In the Syro-Malabar Church's liturgical calendar, the 2nd season known as 'Danaha Kalam' commences with this great Feast which is one of the obligatory Holy Days (കടമുള്ള ദിവസം) prescribed by the Church and all the faithful are obligated to participate in the Holy Mass on this day without fail!

39th പാലാ രൂപത ബൈബിൾ കൺവെൻഷൻ 2021 by Rev Fr Daniel Poovannathil

The annual Bible Convention conducted regularly by the Syro Malabar Catholic Diocese of Pala will be held this year also as usual. This is the 39th Bible Convention being conducted consecutively. Like last year, this year also all the Spiritual Services will be telecasted online also in order to facilitate all the devotees to participate live or through online channels from anywhere in the world.

The 39th Pala Bible Convention and Retreat will commence today ie on 19-12-2021 at 6.00 pm and end at 9.00 pm. The Services will be available live till the 23rd of December at the same timings. Kreupasanam Reopened after covid pandemic (with certain conditions & restrictions)

Please take note of this latest announcement from Kreupasanam about the normal functioning of this Marian Retreat Centre at Kalavoor near Alappuzha in Kerala.

After being shut for nearly 2 years wholly or partially, and as the pandemic ill-effects have reduced considerably in Kerala, the Kreupasanam authorities have decided to resume the Spiritual and social service activities in Kreupasanam as they were early on certain conditions and limitations in accordance with the covid protocol.

From the 20th of December, Kreupasanam will remain open every day except Tuesdays, for New Udambadi registration and renewal subject to certain conditions.

* For time being, 50 persons at a time who have registered early will be permitted to take new udambadi or renew existing udampadi.

* Those who wish to visit the Shrine must have mandatorily taken two doses of covid vaccines or should show RT-PCR negative certificate.

* Those who have renewed their udambdi or those with emergency situation to meet and consult Rev Fr Joseph must contact the Kreupasanam office phone numbers (given above) and book early. Then the date and time will be intimated to them and they can act accordingly.

St Mary's Forane Church Karimannoor Blessing after major renovation

St Mary's Forane Church at Karimannoor near Thodupuzha is a century-old Syro Malabar Church in Kothamangalam Eparchy. It was formed in 1912 with around 50 families. Now it has a membership of over a thousand families.

The present Vicar of The Church is Rev Fr Stanley Pulprayil, a pious, compassionate, and calm but vibrant Priest. After taking over the administration of the Church, he has not only concentrated on the spiritual needs of the faithful entrusted to his care but also their physical and material needs. The numerous human welfare activities like providing homes for the homeless, extending medical assistance to the sick, supplying food kits to the needy, supporting the marriages of poor girls, etc. initiated and being continued by the Church committee under his guidance is an example of his concern for humanity.   

The grand old Church building that was constructed many decades ago needed urgent renovation. The Parish Priest and Church committee observed it and decided to make some minor repairs that were very vital taking into consideration the present pandemic times. But once the works began, the engineers and masons found that most of the parts of the buildings were too old to repair and were in a dilapidated condition. Hence all those concerned decided to renovate the whole Church building in a major manner... 

After just 100 days, the congregation that assembled for the Blessing of the Church by the Diocesan Bishop Mar George Madathikandathil on 12th December was wonderstruck to find a stunning new Church in the place of the old one. The workforce renovated the entire thing in a new style very smartly. And the total appearance of the interior and exterior parts were so magnificent.

Another thing worth mentioning is the funds raised to meet the expenses. Normally to meet the expenses for such construction or renovation, members will be asked to give compulsory donations. But in the case of Karimannoor Church, the parishioners who could afford volunteered to contribute liberally without troubling the ordinary people.

The Hon'ble Bishop, other Priests, and the people thanked profusely the Vicar and the assistant vicar Rev Fr Mathew Plathottam who extended even skilled works tirelessly, and all who were part of this project that was completed at a record speed!

May God Bless abundantly all those who are incidental to this project and donated liberally for the house of God.

The greatest of all Prayers prayed daily by every Catholic as well as every Christian throughout the world is the Prayer taught directly by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself - that is the "Our Father" Prayer also known as "The Lord's Prayer". It is loved and resited even by many non-Christians. 

Recently some slight changes were implemented in the Lord's Prayer by Pope Francis to improve the meaning of the Prayer. It is followed by the Catholic community worldwide. In the recent changes initiated in the Holy Kurban text of the Syro Malabar Church also this change was made as follows:

Syro Malabar Renewed (changed) Holy Qurbana texts and Prayers (From Nov 28)

അത്യുന്നതമാം എന്ന പാട്ടിൽ, "ഭൂമിയിലെങ്ങും" എന്നത് "ഭൂമിയിലെന്നും" എന്നാക്കി.

സ്വർഗ്ഗസ്ഥനായ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാവേ എന്ന പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ 'ഞങ്ങളുടെ കടക്കാരോട് ഞങ്ങൾ ക്ഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ" എന്നത് "ഞങ്ങളുടെ കടക്കാരോട് ഞങ്ങൾ ക്ഷമിച്ചതുപോലെ" എന്നും "ഞങ്ങളെ പ്രലോഭനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തരുതേ" എന്നത് "ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രലോഭനത്തിൽ വീഴാൻ ഇടയാകരുതേ" എന്നും മാറ്റപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

"നിങ്ങൾ ആദരപൂർവം പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുവിൻ..." എന്നുള്ള ശ്രുശൂഷിയുടെ ആശംസ, "കർത്താവേ അങ്ങയുടെ പരിശുദ്ധാന്മാവു എഴുന്നള്ളി വരട്ടെ" എന്ന റൂഹാ ക്ഷണ പ്രാർത്ഥനയുടെ മുൻപിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

(ദൈവത്തിനു ഒന്നും അസാധ്യമല്ല!) 

എന്നാൽ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള വിമതരുടെ പ്രീതിക്കുവേണ്ടിയോ നിർബന്ധത്തിനു വഴങ്ങിയോ മറ്റു നേട്ടങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടിയോ മനസില്ലാ മനസ്സോടെ അവരെ പിന്തുണക്കുന്ന മറ്റു പുരോഹിതർക്ക് ഒരുപക്ഷെ (ദൈവ കൃപ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ) ഒരു വീണ്ടുവിചാരം വന്നേക്കാം...! അതിനായി ഈയുള്ളവനെപ്പോലുള്ള ധാരാളംപേർ  പ്രാര്ഥിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്!

World Youth Day 2023 to be held in Lisbon, Portugal from August 01 to 06

The Dates and Venue of the World Youth Day 2023 are officially announced by the Organizers on the Feast Day of St Francis Assisi. 

The latest edition of the Spirit-filled and electrifying Gathering of the Global Catholic Youth will be held in the first week of August 2023 ie from the 1st to 6th of August in the Portuguese capital Lisbon.

It was earlier announced and scheduled to be held in 2022 by Pope Francis at the conclusion of World Youth Day 2019, but owing to the corona pandemic it was postponed to 2023.

The world Youth Day is an amazing opportunity for the young and adult Catholics to meet in one place and Pray, Worship, and celebrate the Lord in a joyful atmosphere with their peers from around the world.

Here is the key information regarding the World Catholic Youth Day, 2023.

Place: Lisbon (Portugal)

Dates: August 01 - 06, 2023

Theme: “Holy Mother Mary arose and went with haste” (Lk 1:39)

In which hand should one receive the Holy Communion? പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന ഏതു കൈയിൽ

The most Holy Communion (Holy Eucharist) is the true living Flesh and Blood of Lord Jesus Christ. All faithful who receive the Holy Eucharist may not have this firm belief.  Whether one believes it or not, it is an unchangeable universal Truth that is being proven even by the science that has an atheistical outlook in different corners of the earth. 

The ordinary host (thin bread made out of wheat) turns into the True Living Flesh of Jesus Christ during every Holy Mass consecrated by an ordained Catholic Priest. Even if the priest who offers the Holy Mass has no faith in the instant transformation of the host into Lord's Flesh, it occurs, occurs, occurs!

The children of the Universal Catholic Church are entitled to receive the Living Holy Body and Blood of Lord Jesus Christ during a Holy Mass (Eucharistic Service). As They deserve the highest reverence, they are given straight into the tongues of the faithful by a Priest or authorized person (usually a Religious). But owing to the covid pandemic conditions, this rule was temporarily relaxed and the Church permitted the devotees to receive the Holy Eucharist in their hands.

How to receive the Holy Communion using the hands?

Most of the members of the western Church receive the Holy Communion in their 'left hand' and take and consume It with their 'right hand'. For this, they place their left and on the right hand and form a thrown to receive the Lord. Then they take the Holy Flesh with their right hand and then swallow. Most members of the Catholic Church are practicing this method.

In Asia, particularly in India, using the left hand for 'honorable' works is considered taboo. Most of the Indians still use their left hands to clean their bottoms in the toilets and use their 'right' hands to eat, shake hands and receive gifts from others. Hence for the Indian (Asian) Catholics, it is advisable to receive the Living God on their 'Right Palm' and consume slowly and directly without using the left hand. For this, a throne can be made by keeping the 'right hand' open above the 'left hand' while receiving the Holy Communion. Some may argue what is the difference between right or left hand. In this regard, the devotee can ask for 'Grace' to understand.

പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന ഏതു കൈയിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കണം?  

ലോകത്തു എവിടെയൊക്കെ ദിവ്യബലി അർപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവോ അവിടെയെല്ലാം സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഗോതമ്പു അപ്പവും മുന്തിരി രസവും  സത്യമായും തീർച്ചയായും കർത്താവിന്റെ ശരീരവും രക്തവുമായി മാറുന്നു. ദിവ്യബലി അർപ്പിക്കുന്ന പുരോഹിതനോ ശ്രുശൂഷികളോ വിശ്വാസ സമൂഹമോ ആരും തന്നെ ഇത് വിശ്വസിച്ചാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും ഇത് സംഭവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടേ യിരിക്കുന്നു. ദൈവവിശ്വാസത്തെ പുച്ഛിക്കുന്ന നിരീശ്വരവാദികളായ ശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞന്മാർ പോലും പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാനയിൽ സംഭവിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ മഹാൽഫുതം പരിശോദിച്ചു അറിഞ്ഞു ഉത്തരം മുട്ടിയിരുക്കുകയാണ്! വിശുദ്ധ ബലിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കത്തോലിക്കാ വിശ്വാസിക്ക് ഈ ജീവൻതുടിക്കുന്ന സാക്ഷാൽ ജീവിക്കുന്ന കർത്താവിനെ തന്റെയുള്ളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഭാഗ്യം എത്ര ശ്രേഷ്ഠമാണെന്നോർക്കുക.

അങ്ങനെ ഓരോ ദിവ്യബലിയിലും നൽകപ്പെടുന്നത് യേശു കർത്താവിന്റെ സത്യമായും ജീവൻ തുടിക്കുന്ന തിരു ശരീരവും തിരു രക്തവുമാണ്. നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്തു പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന ബഹു പുരോഹിതനാലോ അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമർപ്പിതരാലോ നല്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത് നേരിട്ട് വിശ്വാസിയുടെ നാവിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ കൊറോണ മഹാവ്യാധി പടന്നുപിടിച്ചപ്പോൾ രാജ്യത്തു  നിലവിൽവന്ന കോവിഡ്  മാനദണ്ഡം പാലിച്ചു പരിശുദ്ധ ദിവ്യകാരുണ്യം വിശ്വാസികളുടെ കൈകളിൽ നല്കപ്പെടാൻ തുടങ്ങി. എങ്ങനെ ഏതു കൈയിൽ പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന വാങ്ങണം എന്നതിന് വ്യക്തമായ ഒരു നിർദേശം സഭാതലപ്പത്തുനിന്നു ഇതുവരെ നല്കപ്പെടാത്തതിനാൽ ഓരോരുത്തരും അവരവർക്കു തോന്നുന്ന രീതിയിൽ പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന  സ്വീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. 

ഏതു കൈകൊണ്ടാണ്/എങ്ങനെയാണു ദിവയാകരുണ്യം സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടുന്നത്?

പടിഞ്ഞാറൻ സംസ്കാരത്തിൽ ഉള്ള കത്തോലിക്കർ കൂടുതലായും അവരുടെ വലതു കൈയുടെ മേൽ ഇടതു കൈ ഒരു സിംഹാസന രൂപത്തിൽ പിടിച്ചു വിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന സ്വീകരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം ഇടതു കൈ കൊണ്ട് എടുത്തു ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. 

ഭാരതത്തിലെയും കേരളത്തിലെയും അനേകം കത്തോലിക്കാ വിശ്വാസികളും ഇതേ രീതി തന്നെ തുടരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ നമ്മുടെ രീതികൾ അവരുടേതിൽനിന്നു  വ്യത്യസ്തം ആണെന്ന് നാം മറക്കരുതേ.  നാം നമ്മുടെ ഇടതു കൈകൾ എന്തിനാണ് കൂടുതൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് നമുക്ക് അറിയാവുന്നതാണല്ലോ. ഗുരുക്കന്മാരോ മുതിർന്നവരോ എന്തെങ്കിലും നൽകുമ്പോൾ നാം ഇടതുകൈകൊണ്ട് വാങ്ങാറും ഇല്ല വാങ്ങരുതെന്ന് നമ്മുടെ കുട്ടികളെയും മറ്റുള്ളവരെയും പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോൾ പിന്നെ സർവ ശക്തനായ നമ്മുടെ കർത്താവിനെ സ്വീകരിക്കുമ്പോൾ എത്ര ആദരവോടും ഭയഭക്തി വിറയലോടും അത് ചെയ്യണം?

അതുകൊണ്ടു ഇനിമേൽ പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന കൈകളിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ ഒരുങ്ങുമ്പോൾ, വൃദ്ധിയും വെടിപ്പുമുള്ള വലതു കരത്തിന്റെ അടിയിൽ (കഴുകിയ കരം വൃദ്ധിയുള്ളതാണെന്നു ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക) ഇടതുകരം ഒരു സിംഹാസന ആകൃതിയിൽ പിടിച്ചു, വലതു കരത്തിൽ സ്വീകരിച്ച ദിവ്യ നാഥനെ ഭക്തിയോടും വിശ്വാസത്തോടും കൂടി നേരിട്ട് വായിൽക്കൂടെ ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും വളരെ ഉചിതം എന്ന് എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നു. 

ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക: സാധിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ പരിശുദ്ധ കുർബാന നേരിട്ട് നാവിൽ തന്നെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലതു. അത് സാധിക്കാത്ത പക്ഷം വലതുകാരത്തിൽ തന്നെ ആദരവോടെ സ്വീകരിക്കുക.
